Returns Policy

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled or where there is a material change to the event.

Shows go ahead in all weather, so come prepared with raincoats, umbrellas, sun cream and shades. We will only cancel a performance if the conditions are considered dangerous to performers or audience, which is incredibly rare. If ever in doubt, the show will almost always be going ahead.

If a show is cancelled, either before or during a performance, full refunds will be offered. Event staff reserve the right to ask anyone displaying anti-social behaviour to leave the premises without a refund offered. By attending a performance at the Town Gardens Bowl, you are agreeing that images of yourself may be shared. A ‘Challenge 25’ policy will be in operation at the bar for all alcohol sales. Some of the terrain can be uneven so please take care when moving through the site, and stick to pathways wherever possible. The Town Gardens Bowl site is private property and rights of access are reserved. Anyone found trespassing is liable for prosecution.

Accessibility Policy

Customers who are wheelchair users or are in receipt of Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance or who have a Certificate Of Visual Impairment, are able to reserve a complementary companion ticket.  In order to claim this ticket, one full price ticket (adult, child, student) must have already been purchased and proof of this purchase, along with proof of receipt of the above, must be emailed to events@southswindon-pc.gov.uk ahead of the performance.

School and youth groups, please contact events@southswindon-pc.gov.uk to access a special rate of £10.00 tickets (teacher/leader goes free).
