Event Information
Here you can find all relevant information about the Light Trail.
On arrival
Please arrive within 15 minutes of your chosen time slot. If you are delayed or miss your time slot, we will try and accommodate you on the next available slot within the trail operational hours on the day.
Last entry to the trail is 7pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30pm Friday-Sunday.
The trail will close promptly at 8pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30pm Friday-Sunday.
We ask that all ticket holders leave the event quietly, taking rubbish with you.
Weather
Inevitably bad weather can affect any open-air event. If we have to cancel the event as it is unsafe to proceed (for example high wind, heavy snowfall or icy conditions), visitors will be offered an alternative date. No refunds will be offered simply if the weather is inclement.
If the event is cancelled by South Swindon Parish Council due to weather and visitors are not able to attend an alternative date offered, then a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
